About Us
Fired up has imported an authentic Italian wood-burning oven straight from Italy and has built a mobile wood fired pizzeria to serve the Shenandoah Valley along with the surrounding areas. We are on a mission to bring an authentic pizza made “according to the Italian tradition.” True Neapolitan pizza started in Naples Italy during the 1700s. This pizza has characteristics of a thin crust and fresh ingredients such as San Marzano tomatoes, basil, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, olives, pepperonis, sausage, fresh cheeses, and caputo flour imported from Italy. You will enjoy watching your pizza cooking at 900 degrees in a wood fired oven using seasoned oak. The pizza cooks in approximately two minutes. By using these cooking methods we can produce the freshest, lightest pizza you have ever tasted. We look forward to bringing this unique culinary experience to your next event.
